Driving Directions to the Girls Soccer State Semi-finals and Finals
Take I-75 South to Exit 126
Turn right off the ramp.
Go through four traffic lights.
Turn right at the fifth traffic light onto Lemmons Mill Road (Route 1962 West).
The entrance to Georgetown College will be on the right side
Boyle County
I75S to Exit 115 KY 922. Take Route 4
west to the Nicholasville Rd. Exit. Go right off the exit and stay on KY 27 for approximately 28 miles. Turn right
on KY 34. Follow KY 34 into downtown Danville. KY 34 becomes Main St., follow KY 34 through/past the campus
of Centre College. You will cross a viaduct where KY 34 bears to the left and KY 150 bears to the right. Take
KY 150. You are less than a mile from Boyle County High School at this point. If you are on KY 150 BCHS will be
on your right. In order to get to the soccer field you have to take KY 150 to the KY 127 bypass. Turn right on
KY 127. You will go about a half a mile and see the entrance to the Boyle County fairgrounds and there is a big
army tank there as well. Turn right into the fairgrounds and the field is on the hill to the right.
Xavier University
Take I-71 north to Dana Avenue/Montgomery Road Exit
#5. Turn left onto Duck Creek Road
At the second stop light, turn left onto Dana Avenue Turn right onto Victory
Parkway. You will see the field immediately on your left.
The first driveway past the field is the parking
lot. If this lot is
full. Turn right back out onto Victory Parkway.
Turn right onto Dana and there should be another parking lot immediately on your right.
Elizabethtown
Take I-71S, then take I 65S towards Nashville. Go to the first Etown
exit (94), take a right off the exit. Drive for about 3-4 miles, look for First Christian Church on your right. IMMEDIATELY after
the church you will turn right onto Panther Lane and this is Etown HS. Once you turn you will pass the bus depot then
you will see the practice soccer field.
Lexington
Catholic
I-75
South to exit 115. Go to the right (south) on State Route 922 (this is also Newtown
Pike). Go a mile and a half and
take New Circle Road West (to your right). Follow New Circle Road to Exit 2,
State Route 68 and Harrodsburg exit. Turn left onto Harrodsburg Road and immediately
get into the right lane and turn right onto Pasadena Drive. Go to the first light
and turn left onto Clays Mill Road. Go about one-half mile and Lexington Catholic
High School will be on your right. Soccer field is in the back of the school.
South
Oldham
Take Interstate 71 South toward Louisville. Take Exit 14. Turn onto Highway 329 By-Pass
going toward Crestwood/Pewee Valley. Go about 1.4 miles to the main entrance indicated by the school sign. SOHS
is part of a three-school campus that includes Camden Elementary and South Oldham Middle School.
Woodford
County
I-75
South to the Newtown Pike exit 115.
Go Right (south) on State Route 922 (Newtown Pike.)
Go a mile and a half and make
a right onto New Circle Road West.
Follow New Circle Road to exit #5 Versailles Rd Route 60.
You'll pass Keeneland.
Follow
this into Versailles and it ends at Main Street. Make a left onto Main street.
Go to the stop light and make a right onto
Hwy. 62. Follow Hwy 62 to fork in road and bear left (staying on Hwy 62).
At the first stop light, go right
into Woodford County Park and look for the football field.
